Purchase tickets conveniently using your bank card. Plan your optimal route and view real-time locations of buses, trams, and stations directly on the interactive map.
After creating an account and linking it to your transport card, you can easily top up your card balance with travel vouchers using online bank card payments. Monitor your card status and active tickets at any time. Manage multiple transport cards from a single account, topping up e-wallets, purchasing subscriptions, and extending existing ones. Access a detailed transaction history for all your purchases, validations, and other actions.
Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly within the app by submitting supporting documents. Once approved, you can purchase discounted or free tickets. Businesses partnered with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.
Receive notifications on your device or via email regarding ticket purchases, upcoming expirations, and other relevant card actions. The app's route planner uses real-time vehicle locations to find the best route from point A to point B. Start your journey from your current location or any custom location, searching by address, point of interest, station, or by simply placing a pin on the map. Save frequently used locations for quicker access.
The app displays real-time information, including distances to the nearest station, vehicle arrival times, and estimated trip durations. It guides you through your journey, indicating necessary line changes. View complete or partial line routes on the map, save favorite lines, and receive alerts about service disruptions that may impact your travel plans.
Search for specific lines and view real-time vehicle locations. Select a station to see all lines serving it, along with their next three arrival times. Locate directorate points of sale on the map and view their operating hours. The app is available in Romanian and English.
