Alan Wake 2 Anniversary Update Releases October 22

Alan Wake 2 is poised to launch a significant Anniversary Update tomorrow, October 22, as declared by developer Remedy Entertainment. "We can’t believe it’s been almost a year since Alan Wake 2 was launched. Thank you to everyone who has played the game and become a part of our fanbase and the Remedy community, no matter when you joined us or how long you’ve been a fan," the Remedy stated in its blog post.

Launching alongside The Lake House expansion tomorrow, Alan Wake 2's Anniversary Update will be completely free! The game incorporates enhanced accessibility settings such as infinite ammo and one-hit kills. Furthermore, the option to reverse the game's horizontal axis settings, along with updates to DualSense functionality on the PS5 are also being deployed that will facilitate haptic feedback with healing items and throwables.
