In Ivy Road and Annapurna Interactive's Wanderstop, players manage a charming tea shop in a magical forest as Alta, a weary warrior finding solace in rest and recovery. The shop attracts diverse customers with unique requests, including the unexpected: coffee. Here's how to unlock and brew this non-standard beverage.

Which Customers Want Coffee in Wanderstop?

During Wanderstop's fourth cycle, a unique bird-like customer requests tea. Following this, three indistinguishable businessmen—Jerry, Larry, and Terry—arrive, needing coffee for their upcoming presentation. Despite Alta's attempts to redirect them, they refuse tea and remain until coffee is available. Boro, the shop's owner, confirms coffee has never grown in the forest, creating a challenge for Alta. However, the arrival of Zenith, an interdimensional being fascinated by the businessmen, changes everything. While Zenith initially prefers tea (a novel experience for them), their knowledge of "hot water brewed ingredients" ultimately leads to the introduction of coffee.

Prepare a cup of tea for Zenith, incorporating a valuable item—a book, trinket, plant, or even a photograph. After tasting, Zenith inquires about coffee, prompting Alta to mention "coffee beans." Zenith then uses the Infinite Path to introduce coffee beans to the forest, adding instructions to Alta's Field Guide.

How to Harvest and Brew Coffee in Wanderstop

Coffee beans now grow wild in the clearing, respawning randomly. Harvest them like other ingredients. Store them in your inventory or carry one at a time. They can also be placed on surfaces.

Before brewing, clean the dirt-covered beans in the dishwasher. Once clean, add water to the tea maker, heat it (optional depending on the order), and use the gear to pour the water over the bean in the infuser. One bean is sufficient, though additional beans or ingredients can be added. Use the gear to transfer the brew to the kettle and then decant into mugs for serving.

Providing coffee satisfies the businessmen, delights Zenith, and offers a new option for other customers, even intriguing Boro, despite his limited enthusiasm.

This covers unlocking, harvesting, and brewing coffee in Wanderstop.

Wanderstop is available for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC via Steam.
