Farlight 84 Drops New Expansion With Pets Called ‘Hi, Buddy!’

Farlight 84's exciting new expansion, "Hi, Buddy!", is here! This update introduces a charming Buddy System, map revamps, and engaging events.

Adorable Companions

The star of the show is the Buddy System, featuring cute and helpful pets to accompany you on the battlefield. These Buddies offer strategic advantages, and come in two varieties: Common and Archon. Common Buddies are readily available and possess useful abilities, while the rarer Archon Buddies boast powerful, game-changing skills.

To acquire Buddies, you'll need Buddy Orbs, found scattered across the map. These Orbs can also hold up to six tactical items, making them versatile additions to your arsenal.

Ten Buddies join the fray in this expansion. Common Buddies include Buzzy, Morphdrake, Petal Peeper, Smokey, Snatchpaw, Squeaky, Sparky, and Zephy. Archon Buddies are the formidable Time Dominator (capable of manipulating the Safe Zone) and Storm Empress (who summons damaging tornadoes).

The Sunder Realms map has received a significant overhaul, boasting new terrain, structures, and landmarks. Expect thrilling slides down ramps, tactical cover in upgraded buildings, and unique environmental features like giant duck statues and floating boulders.

A new Tactical Core system lets you allocate Trait points to enhance your hero's skills and unlock new abilities as you progress. However, you'll need Trait Activation Cards to fully maximize these abilities.
