Responding to persistent inquiries about a Back to the Future 4, Gale, speaking backstage at the Saturn Awards, retorted with the aforementioned expletive.
While Hollywood frequently embraces reboots and sequels, often with mixed results (witness the critical reception of The Matrix Resurrections and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny), Back to the Future will, ironically, remain firmly rooted in its past.
