Genshin Impact Version 6.0: Unveiling Nasha Town and Nod-Krai

Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. With Natlan's storyline nearing completion, development is shifting towards Snezhnaya, the Cryo Nation ruled by the Tsaritsa. Snezhnaya's immense size, potentially exceeding Sumeru and Liyue, necessitates a regional division, with expansion planned across multiple updates.

Initial leaks suggested Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent data mining confirms its placement as an autonomous province within Snezhnaya, acting as a crucial trade hub connecting the Cryo Nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's information places Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost area, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.

Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster reveal a placeholder landmass in the Version 5.4 beta, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass's connection to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion, further supports the placement of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai. While Mont Esus's release timing remains unclear, the evidence strongly points towards the introduction of these Snezhnayan locations in Version 6.0.

What is Nod-Krai?

Nod-Krai is a region and city situated on Snezhnaya's southern borders. Despite the Voynich Guild's attempts at maintaining order, it's known for its lawless nature. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement in this province, and its inhabitants possess a power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.

Dividing Snezhnaya into multiple parts is a potentially controversial but necessary decision. The region's sheer size presents significant narrative and development challenges, making a single-year release impractical. Following Natlan's Archon Quest conclusion in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will gradually introduce Snezhnaya. While Capitano's fate remains unknown, Skirk, a character connected to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners, is slated to appear in Natlan. Barring unforeseen delays, Version 6.0 is projected for a September 10, 2025 launch.
