Hearthstone Unleashes Exciting Season 8

Hearthstone Battlegrounds ignites Season 8 with a flurry of exciting updates! This season introduces thrilling new features, heroes, and cards, alongside significant improvements and adjustments that seasoned players will adore.

The Big Reveal: Trinkets and Marin the Manager

Following the Perils in Paradise update, Hearthstone Season 8 arrives with Trinkets – the new power-up mechanic. Players can acquire 56 Lesser Trinkets and 60 Greater Trinkets, with the possibility of obtaining duplicates. These valuable enhancements become available on turns 6 and 9, offering four choices each time, strategically influenced by your hero and current board composition (Elementals, Dragons, Murlocs, etc.).

The star of Season 8 is Marin the Manager, a brand-new hero who provides an extra Trinket a turn earlier, giving players a significant strategic advantage.

Roster Changes and New Additions

Season 8 sees a revamp of the minion roster, with 41 minions departing and 22 returning favorites making a comeback. This refresh also includes 27 brand-new minions and 2 exciting Tavern spells. Four new cards are also introduced:

• Free Travel Winner (Tier 2): A 2/2 minion that disappears after surviving combat and rewards you with a Triple Reward.
• Inspiring Underdog (Tier 4): Boosts your lower-tier minions.
• Lucky Egg (Tier 5): Transforms a Tier 3 minion into a Golden version.
• Sun Screener (Tier 6): A 10/1 minion granting Divine Shield to your three leftmost minions and your opponent's.

Marin Resort's Treasure Hunt Event

From August 27th to September 17th, participate in the Marin Resort's Treasure Hunt event, featuring numerous Event Quests. Complete these quests to earn a total of 14 packs, including those from Perils in Paradise and Whizbang's Workshop.
