Honor of Kings to debut big festive events with Snow Carnival 2024

Honor of Kings is launching its inaugural Snow Carnival 2024, a festive in-game event packed with exciting new features! Prepare for a winter wonderland of challenges, rewards, and social interaction.

This holiday season, players can expect a range of gameplay enhancements. From November 28th to January 8th, new enemies like the Snow Overlord and Snow Tyrant will introduce chilling slow and freeze effects. Starting December 12th, certain heroes (Lady Zhen, Princess Frost, Zhuangzi, Dolia, Da Qiao, and Shi) will gain enhanced ice-based abilities through skill stacking.

Navigating the map will also present new obstacles. Glacial Twists hazards will impede movement in the jungle from November 28th to December 11th. A new ice path effect from summoning Shadow Vanguard arrives December 12th-23rd, while a handy ice sled, acquired by defeating the river sprite (December 24th – January 8th), provides tactical advantages.

The festivities also include a special Zero Cost Purchase Event (December 6th – January 8th), allowing players to obtain a free item without spending tokens. A Gift Exchange feature (December 24th – January 1st) encourages player interaction, culminating in Gift Opening (January 1st – 4th) with chances to win skins, including legendary ones!
