Six Invitational 2025 Format
The format remains unchanged from 2024, featuring a group stage and a double-elimination playoff. For newcomers, here's the breakdown:
Twenty teams are divided into four groups for a round-robin group stage. Every match is crucial, impacting both advancement and playoff seeding.
- Top four teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, skipping a round and guaranteeing a 9th-12th place finish.
- Teams placing second and third in their groups also advance to the upper bracket, starting in round 1. A single loss doesn't eliminate them.
- Teams finishing fourth in their groups enter the lower bracket, facing a win-or-go-home scenario in every match.
- Teams finishing fifth are eliminated.
