Warhorse Studios has announced upcoming official mod support for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, inviting players to unleash their creativity in medieval Bohemia.

The developers revealed this exciting news via a concise Steam post, announcing the integration of modding tools through Steamworks. While specifics like a release date remain undisclosed, the post promises players the ability to "create, tweak, and expand" the game's world as they see fit. Although unofficial mods are already thriving on platforms like Nexus Mods, an official teaser image (below) showcases the potential—imagine Henry astride a vibrant zebra, wielding a fish-shaped sword!

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's impressive launch earlier this month clearly paved the way for Warhorse Studios' ambitious post-launch plans. Beyond Steamworks mod support, players can anticipate three expansions throughout 2025. The DLC rollout begins this summer with "Brushes with Death," followed by "Legacy of the Forge" in the fall and "Mysteria Ecclesia" in winter. These expansions will enrich Henry's journey, complemented by free content updates introducing features like Hardcore Mode and Horse Racing.
