In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family requires assistance in recovering a lost weapons shipment. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Starting the Quest:

Locate Brannof Hall's Dining Room, accessible from Brannof Boulevard near the Town Square. Speak with Cohen, who will reveal the missing weapons. Crucially, speak to him again to receive two vital leads.

Completing the Quest:

Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard attire to avoid suspicion. The quest involves two separate investigations:

1. Captain Shirker on The Vincible:

Find Captain Shirker's ship, The Vincible, in the southeast. After a meal at The Delectable Dab, he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate this man in the Town Square. He'll point you towards "The Illusion," requiring you to impersonate "Sam" (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver, 280 Copper for the monobrow).

2. The Hooked Hand:

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant near Eel Street. Inquire with patrons until directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

This stall is past the Eel Street Bridge. The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (Fishing Skill Level 25). Catch one, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the flounder, and give it to the Fishmonger.

Hide nearby and observe the buyer.

Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove any Guard gear). Identify yourself as "Sam," defeat the thief (Level 30), retrieve the Plumbatae, and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
