Marvel's Moon Knight: Future Appearances Confirmed, But No Season 2
While a second season of Moon Knight on Disney+ is off the table, Marvel Studios head Brad Winderbaum confirmed to ComicBook that Oscar Isaac's character will return to the MCU in some capacity. This shift in strategy reflects a change in Marvel Television's approach.
Previously, Marvel Television focused on establishing characters through individual series before integrating them into larger MCU projects, as seen with Ms. Marvel. However, the studio is now adopting a more traditional television model, aiming for annual releases.
Winderbaum explained that Moon Knight was part of an earlier wave of shows designed to introduce characters for future projects. The current priority is creating self-contained series with yearly releases. Although a Season 2 is unlikely, future appearances for Moon Knight are planned. While Isaac voiced the character in Marvel's What If...?, his live-action return remains unannounced.

The upcoming MCU Disney+ slate includes Daredevil: Born Again (March), Ironheart (June), Eyes of Wakanda (August), Marvel Zombies (October), and Wonder Man (December).
Recently, Marvel Television reportedly paused development on Nova, Strange Academy, and Terror, Inc. However, Winderbaum hinted at the possibility of a Defenders reunion, bringing together Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist.
