Nintendo is set to delight fans by adding the beloved Game Boy Advance title, Wario Land 4, to the Nintendo Switch Online library on February 14. The announcement came with an exciting trailer, and the game will be accessible at no extra cost to users who have a Nintendo Switch Online membership and have purchased the Expansion Pass.
"The misguided Wario is back, and this time he's in search of riches," reads the synopsis. "Ignoring all warning signs, Wario decides to enter a cursed pyramid that's rumored to house a bunch of gold and jewels. Our anti-hero quickly learns that the curse is no joke, realizing that he'll be lucky to escape alive."

The game features 20 massive stages for players to conquer, and the gold and treasure collected can be used to purchase bonus items after each stage. Additionally, players can enjoy a variety of delightful mini-games for a well-deserved break.
Upon its release in 2001, Wario Land 4 received high praise, earning a 9/10 from IGN. The review highlighted the game's variety in design and its challenging nature, which stems from its focus on making players figure out how to navigate to certain locations within the levels.
With the addition of Wario Land 4, the Nintendo Switch Online library now includes 24 Game Boy Advance games, alongside other fan favorites such as Mario Kart: Super Circuit, The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.
