PoE2: Comprehensive Trial of the Sekhemas Walkthrough

Unlocking the Trial of the Sekhemas

To begin, defeat Balbala the Traitor, located in Traitor's Passage during Act 2. This boss presents a significant challenge early in the game due to her powerful attacks. Upon defeating her, she drops Balbala's Barya, the key to accessing the Trial.

Once you've acquired Balbala's Barya, travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas location. This can be done via the Ardura travel map or by using a Waypoint. You'll find a ruined temple where Balbala, now acting as a guide, awaits. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to initiate your Trial run.
