Ubisoft Confirms Future "Driver" Projects Despite Show Cancellation

Despite the cancellation of the live-action Driver television series, Ubisoft assures fans that additional projects within the popular racing franchise are actively under development. This follows the recent news that the planned adaptation, initially slated for exclusive streaming on Binge.com, has been shelved due to the closure of Hotrod Tanner LLC, a related subsidiary.

While the partnership with Binge for the series has ended, Ubisoft has confirmed to Game File that they remain dedicated to the Driver franchise. A spokesperson stated that they are "actively working on other exciting projects related to the franchise," promising future announcements. Although specifics remain undisclosed, Ubisoft's commitment suggests fans can anticipate further Driver-related content in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
