Zenless Zone Zero Welcomes Evelyn Chevalier, the S-Rank Fire Assault Heroine!
miHoYo (HoYoverse) has unveiled a new heroine for Zenless Zone Zero, Evelyn Chevalier, captivating players even before her official release. Test participants revealed a unique combat trait: Evelyn partially disrobes during battle, dramatically discarding her cape as a projectile against enemies.
Evelyn is an S-Rank Fire-elemental Assault character, joining Nicole, Anton, and Qingyi in Zenless Zone Zero's 1.5 update's second banner.
The 1.5 update also includes the customary miHoYo (HoYoverse) Polychrome compensation. Players will receive 300 Polychromes for bug fixes and another 300 for technical improvements related to the update, delivered via in-game mail.
Evelyn's gameplay centers on focused targeting. Her basic attacks draw enemies, creating extended attack chains. Multi-stage and special attacks utilize "Forbidden Bounds," tethering her to the primary target. Skill activations inflict damage while generating Tribal Threads and Scorch Points, fueling powerful fire-based abilities capable of significant damage output.
Her captivating combat style, already popular among those who followed ZZZ leaks, includes the aforementioned cape-removal and projectile attack, adding a visually striking element to her arsenal.
