HoYoverse's Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) boasts a diverse cast of characters, each with unique mechanics and synergistic potential. This tier list ranks all available Agents in version 1.0, updated to reflect the current meta. Remember, tier lists are dynamic and subject to change with new content.

S-Tier
These Agents consistently excel in their roles and synergize effectively with others.
- Miyabi: Exceptional Frost damage dealer with high potential, though requiring strategic play.
- Jane Doe: A superior version of Piper, boasting significantly higher Assault Anomaly damage.
- Yanagi: Excels at triggering Disorder, making her an ideal partner for Anomaly-focused teams.
- Zhu Yuan: A high-DPS Agent with swift Shotshell attacks; pairs well with stun and support characters.
- Caesar: A top-tier support with exceptional defensive capabilities, powerful buffs, debuffs, and crowd control.
- Qingyi: A versatile stunner who boosts damage significantly when enemies are stunned.
- Lighter: A strong stun Agent with notable buffs, particularly effective with Fire and Ice characters.
- Lycaon: An Ice stunner who reduces enemy Ice resistance and increases ally Daze DMG.
- Ellen: A powerful Ice Attack Agent with exceptional synergy with Lycaon and Soukaku.
- Harumasa: A free-to-obtain Electric Attack Agent capable of immense damage with proper setup.
