InZOI, a life simulation game boasting realistic graphics and an immersive open world, will launch with a unique feature differentiating it from competitors like The Sims: integrated seasonal weather dynamics. Unlike its rivals, where such features often require extra purchases, InZOI will include all four seasons in its initial release, as confirmed by Creative Director Hengjun Kim.
Players will control Zois, characters who must adapt to changing weather. Failing to dress appropriately for the conditions will result in consequences, ranging from minor ailments like colds to severe health issues, even death. This realistic element will affect all aspects of gameplay, from sweltering heat requiring cooling measures to freezing temperatures demanding warmth.
Targeting an early access launch on March 28, 2025, InZOI (as detailed on its Steam page) will feature full voiceovers and subtitles. The developers, backed by Krafton, aim for a 20-year support lifespan, with Krafton estimating at least a decade to fully realize their ambitious vision.
