The Redesigned Alienware Area-51 Chassis

Dell unveiled the new Alienware Area-51 at CES 2025. The chassis is similar to the 2024 R16, but with refined aesthetics, improved cooling, and updated components. The I/O panel is now on top, the tempered glass side panel is larger, and the airflow design is now positive (more intake than exhaust). Internal components have also been upgraded.

Major OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo) will integrate RTX 50-series GPUs into their pre-built systems later. Dell showcased the Alienware Area 51 at CES 2025, expected in Q1. HP's Omen 45L may get the option in February. Lenovo's Legion Tower release date is unannounced.
