The news of *Star Wars: Hunters* announcing its shutdown before even reaching its first anniversary is disheartening for fans. Players have until April 15th to wrap up Season 5.Zynga, the game's developer and publisher, plans to release a final content update on April 15th. It Isn’t Shocking
The shutdown of *Star Wars: Hunters* might not come as a surprise to many. The game faced numerous challenges from the outset. Initially announced in 2020, it suffered from multiple delays, and beta tests were limited to the SEA and ANZAC regions. The delayed launch, absence of major console support, and a lukewarm reception contributed to the game's downfall. Additionally, the game's design choices, such as using generic original characters instead of the iconic Star Wars legends, may have missed the mark with fans.
If you've uninstalled the game but wish to experience it one last time, Star Wars: Hunters remains available for download on the Google Play Store until the shutdown.
